Infinity IP PBX - IP Telephony Platform
Infinity IP PBX is a highly flexible IP telephony platform. The system facilitates advanced corporate PBX functionality as well as sophisticated call centre features. A few advanced features of the system include:

GateKeeper - Internet Securty Gateway
The GateKeeper Internet security gateway is managed firewall which is monitored, updated and managed by our network operations centre. As the entry point into customer networks, it has been designed from the ground up for security. A modular architecture allows for VPN, proxy cache and intrusion detection modules to be added as the need arises.

Infinity CallDirector - SIP-based Soft Switch
Infinity CallDirector is SIP-based soft switch supporting both IP and E1 carrier interconnects. It has the ability to act as a SIP proxy, registrar, back-to-back user agent and media gateway. Infinity CallDirector offers advanced features at a fraction of the cost of competing products. Built-in redundancy allows for active/passive or active/active configurations. Scalability of the system is practically unlimited - by adding more hardware and separating out roles into cluster groups the system can support the needs of even the fastest growing ITSP.
VoxBiller - Voice billing system built for the Australian telecommunications market
VoxBiller is a highly flexible and scalable voice billing system specifically designed and built for the Australian telecommunications market. VoxBiller supports out-of-the-box import, rating and mediation of call detail records from all major Australian wholesalers and carriers. Call detail records from most soft switch vendors are supported and the flexible import module can easily accommodate third party formats. Rated bills are produced in PDF, HTML or text format and a reporting module gives detailed visibility of overall business performance. In addition to voice services, VoxBiller supports the billing of other convergent network services such as eFax, SMS and Internet usage. Hooks into CRM, provisioning, IPND and LNP systems are provided for easy integration with existing business processes.
