Delivery Cost
All prices on Qtec website exclude GST and delivery.
A Standard Delivery charge of $20.00 + GST is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered within Australia. A Standard Delivery charge of $45.00 + GST is added to all orders weighing above 10kg being delivered within Australia.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Any delivery overseas will need to be arranged prior to the order being shipped. The charge will be dependant on destination and the volumetric size of the package, so we will contact you to agree the final delivery charge before the order is shipped. Alternatively, feel free to contact us prior to placing the order to receive a delivery quote.
Delivery Time
At Qtec Systems, we aim for next day delivery. Any product ordered before 4.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock). Deliveries to non-Australian addresses are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day.
Orders taken after 4.00pm will be dispatched the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday's) for delivery Tuesday.
Though every effort is made by Qtec Systems & the couriers to achieve next day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.
Qtec Systems relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
Our courier
For orders to be delivered within Australia, the courier used is FastWay, you should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by FastWay with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Return of the products is subject to a number of requirements:

The returned items remain your property and responsibility until received at our warehouse.
You will be responsible for shipping the unwanted or faulty items back to us and are liable for all postage charges.
Unwanted items will incur a restocking fee of $10 or 10% of the purchase price plus GST, whichever is greater, per item.
Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt by our warehouse.
Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number (RA).
Any returns that are received outside of these terms will not be accepted.

Qtec Systems does not request or store any credit card details, as the whole payment process is handled by bank trusted eCommerce gateway eWay (http://www.eway.com.au)
When you are ready to make a purchase on our site, we will ask you to provide us with certain information, including your contact details (such as your name, address, telephone and email). Then this data is encrypted via 128bit encryption and securely passed on to our trusted gateway service www.eway.com.au via SSL encrypted connection. We do not ask or require your credit card information, all payments are securely handled by the eWAY gateway using 1024 bit bank encryption to provide secure environment for on-line transactions.
